As the COO of Coretel, I bring over 20 years of experience in the industry. With a background in Medical IT and a wealth of knowledge in Networking, Servers, Storage, and Telephony, I am well equipped to optimize technology workflows and deliver cutting-edge solutions to our partners and customers.
During my 17 years as an IT Manager and General Manager for a large radiology group, I saw first-hand the transformative power of technology in the workplace and how it has become an integral part of every business. Our Story
Coretel was born of a passion to right the wrongs in the business phone and internet industry. From slow service and poor support to insufficient rewards and moving goalposts, our confidence in the big firms had fallen.
In 2021, four experts joined forces, combining over 75 years of specialism in the industry to create Coretel. Our mission: to give wholesale and retail customers the consistently good service they crave and the support they deserve.
We started off small and local, redressing the shortage of quality support for top Tier 4 customers. Now we’ve branched out to deliver the kind of service the early versions of ourselves always dreamed of.
No limitations: our solutions can be tailored to small start-ups, medium-sized businesses and multinational enterprises, Australia-wide.
